I'm new to Lubbock and Gwen just made my first visit here so welcoming to where it literally touched my heart. She quickly helped me find the products I was looking for, gave me extra tips to help me with my hair coloring, and was very kind. I will definitely be visiting this location for all my beauty needs! Thank you, Gwen. You made my being here a lot more joyful.

I love this Sally’s!!! I have been going to this Sally’s since I came to Lubbock almost 4 years ago. I do my own hair, cut/color/etc. and I like to get creative with what I do next. When I come to this Sally’s, the staff always puts all hands on deck to help me decide on the most appropriate products for my hair and my hair type. I once went to a different Sally’s, accidentally died my hair green, walked into the Sally’s on 4th, and left with all the right products to get my hair back to herself. The staff is always welcoming, the store always clean, and I am so happy I live so close to this location! All the girlies that do their own hair, go to the Sally’s on 4th!

Went to Sally’s to pick up some stuff for my sister did not know what I was looking for but Samantha helped me out in the best way possible she not only showed me where the products were but gave me useful information about them as well! Thank you Samantha!

This is my 3rd trip up to this sallys because i bleached my hair at home and needed more bleach/toners. Samantha and Janet were so sweet. Samantha has helped me every time ive been up here and has given me good advice. Her advice has helped fix my hair so much! I have loved all of her suggestions. Definitely will be back when i need more products, thanks ladies! ❤️

called needing to speak to a manager and they told me there is not one on shift at all today and as someone who has worked retail there should always be an mod and then when asked when a manager will be in was told she couldn’t give me that information? all i needed was to speak to a manager about the bad experience i had with their customer service just to get even worse service… anyways there’s better locations with better help i’d stick to those.
