Sally Beauty

I looked online for a specific item and this was the closest location to me that had it (about an hour away). When I called, they went above and beyond to locate the requested items and held them for me. Both times when I called and then upon coming in, everyone was helpful, kind and professional. They made it worth the drive! I would definitely recommend this Sally location if you're around Livingston and have haircare product needs! Keep up the team work ladies!

Terribly rude. Just called to ask a question and was met with a super rude response.

I went into Sally's on November 3rd at 12pm to purchase hair color. The beast standing behind the register was rude beyond belief. I left without a purchase. I will take my money to another store.

Shame on corporate, shame on the landlord, shame on whoever is responsible for making the employees suffer a busted AC for days on end! I'm so glad they were closed early last time I was there and car after car came and left realizing they were closed.

I bought a pair of Forumm barber shears, and the first time I used them they were dull, and wouldn't cut hair. Just talked to a sales person who informed me, " we don't take shears back." Why didn't they tell me that when I bought them? My wife and I will never go back in that place. AND CUSTMERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
