Paid for an item at the location for 256 dollars purchased a warranty and they called corporate to make me prove I purchased the item when I had the receipt and the individual who called helped me when purchasing the item and they still couldn’t provide me with an exchange or refund will never return or purchase an item from any sally you have lost my business and anyone who I could have potentially recommend to Sally you have lost there business as well

Really great! My go-to location, conveniently located, good selection of items, always has a good sale going. There was one staff member I had issues with (she was sort of clingy and tried a little too much upselling even though I came in with a clear list of what I was shopping for) but I didn’t see her the last time I was in. Generally the staff is knowledgeable and kind.

Gabby was so pleasant and I didn't make a big purchase, but I will go back because she was so helpful with the makeup.

Sally's is one of my favorite stores. They always seem to have what I am looking for. The staff is very nice and helpful and they aren't too expensive. They have great quality products and I recommend them over any beauty store!

Great shop. The girls that work here have helped me immensely, especially Marta, who helped me choose the right supplies and gave me instructions for how to bleach my own hair for the first time. I was so scared to get it wrong, but each time I've gone in here the staff members have helped me get what I need for the color I want, and now I do my own hair regularly! It's not that hard once you get the hang of it. I was tired of going to salons and getting charged an arm and a leg for partial highlights. I've saved so much money because of this store! Highly recommend.
