No one greeted me out of the 3 associates there. They were too busy with their chit chat. After standing at the Bond Bar products for 5 minutes, not a single one of the three asked if they could help me find anything. This store has gone to absolute crap in the last year. I'll go to Hickory. Whole different vibe. If you want to see who was " working"...I just left there and I will not go back. Evidently either no one reads these reviews or they just don't care. Guess what, we can always go elsewhere sis.

I have never had a bad experience until today. I showed the manager my order and she said she didn't have it. She said in a real nasty and negative voice" I was here and I don't have no order under your name or phone number. I would I was here" After calling another store manager and tell her it had been deducted from my back account she still wanted to debate about it. I kept telling her the whole time I have a order number. Please look it up. 10 minutes on the phone with the other manager she finally decided to look up my order. Just to figure out it's being shipped to me.

Will not go back!!!! Connie is the rudest person and I have contacted corporate office and I will not be back. If I could give a 0 star, I would!!! I will not be looked at the way she did for my daughter touching her precious wax. My daughter was not hurting a thing!!! And she is going to stand there and stare us down. I will not be back in that store!!! I hope she gets fired!!! Or she does that to the wrong person.

The manager there has such a terrible attitude! She comes across as a loose cannon and has a chip on her shoulder. Look Connie. If you don't want to deal with people then go work at a computer or change your attitude because you are bitter and rude. I don't know what happened to her in her lifetime but she definitely needs prayer. I have never in my life dealt with anyone so harsh, quick tempered, and loud. Won't be going back

Very Helpful staff and great customer service! I go here a lot to pick up supplies for a woman in cherryville who cuts hair so I always leave with a lot of things. One day I had a lot of stuff and Connie helped me carry it to the car! That’s good service!
