Was in there 3 minutes today and got asked if I needed help 3 times. Once is enough honestly. Also don’t really appreciate being interrupted when trying to talk on the phone when I’ve already been greeted and asked if I wanted help. I was trying to call my daughter to ask what color she wanted, I get that you thought I was trying to steal but watching me like a hawk the entire time you think would suffice. I don’t like to be a Karen but it’s like that every time I go in there.

I want what hair stylist (always) call the impossible without multiple appointments and within a few steps Sally's make it happen! I do a shiny silver and they always get me right where I should be, of course we do the work and it has to be done correctly and a huge thank you to all the staff that work here!!!

Today my dad went in there to get some stuff to turn his hair blonde and they gave him chestnut blonde and it turned his hair into a amber brown. I don’t recommend what these people say because obviously my dad’s hair didn’t turn into what he wanted. I don’t know where they got blonde from, but that ain’t no blonde

There’s rashes on both side of my faces from this chestnut blonde that they have gave me that turned to be brown and red and now I have these rashes on the side of my face and I have to go out in public with a hair color I didn’t want to go out with it is red brown I do not like it at all. This is bullshit.

Employees seem genuinely excited about helping you, and not like they're just trying to sell you something. I always go in with a half thought out idea and they help me figure out a plan. Always extremely knowledgeable and give great advice. The person working yesterday, Levid (I think was their name) was an absolute gem! So thankful for their assistance ✨
