Sally Beauty

I love Sally's and have always had a great experience. Recently I went in and purchased three items that were part of that current sale, buy 2 get 1 free. Once home I realized one of the items- Eva NYC Refresher spray, the nozzle was broken and wouldn't spray. No biggie I'll just go exchange it. I went back up there 2 days later and had the same cashier and let her know it wouldn't spray. She got a new one off of the self and then told me the difference I would need to pay.. I re-explained to her that I wasn't wanting to repurchase it, that it was defective and I would just like a replacement. She said that the sale when purchased was now over and I would have to pay the difference to get a replacement. I kept asking her to try different things because I just wasn't understanding how they

I’m pretty content with my visit at Sally Beauty in Lexington. Katie, Maggie, and Emily were awesome at explaining what information I needed. They went around helping other customers when I just wanted to look around some. (I’ve been in the store multiple times.)

Love the lady with the gauges. Every time we come in she’s there and she’s very nice.

Every time I go into this Sally’s, the ladies there are super helpful and very informative. They always help me with everything I need and make sure that I don’t forget anything.

Kept talking to a costumer for about 10 or 20 about minutes not even about hair stuff about there everyday life stuff gave me the wrong volume gave me a 20 instead of a 10 and instead of magenta it turned bright pink
