Sally Beauty

I went into Sally’s today and Madi was so helpful I needed to pick up several things and she found them quickly. She really knows the store. And very friendly.

Madi was so helpful and friendly. I was looking for a non-aerosol hairspray and hair oil without a lot of chemicals. She was very knowledgeable of the products. I left the store very satisfied with 3 hair care items.

I went in and asked if they had any non bleach hair color removers. They showed me what to get and how to use it. I asked at LEAST 3 times if it would bleach my hair, and was told no. 20 minutes after I applied (not even 1/2 of the time I was supposed to leave it on) I AM GINGER. I am very upset that I was mislead and told the wrong information multiple times by someone who seemed to be a professional. Never again

I haven't been into a Sally's store in years, but had the pleasure of meeting V today. She was very kind and helpful! She helped me find what I needed right away with no pressure at all. I don't usually like to bother anyone or ask for help. I felt so comfortable that I stayed longer and browsed. I ended up purchasing more things, but the prices and sales are good. We chatted a bit, and I asked for her name so I could give a positive review! Give this place a chance!

I purchase all of my hair care products at Sally but not anymore. I bought developer that was defective and wanted to exchange it for another bottle. I visited the store yesterday with my receipt. On the receipt it says "Love it or Return it." The heavy set cashier said they weren't accepting any opened products until next year. What? That didn't sound right. I checked their website when I got home and didn't see anything about not accepting returns or exchanges for hair color or developer. I called the Sally 800 number and the customer service person said they should have accepted the return. Sally has lost my business. Get some new management in the store and learn the return policy. It's not rocket science.
