i absolutely adore this store and have been coming here for my hair care and dye for years. yesterday i had an experience there that i absolutely had to comment on though! i had gone to get a new color for my hair and one of the two employees in store, ezekiel, was immediately ready to help me. i didnt know exactly what i wanted and they have specifically been super helpful in the past and i always have the best time when they are helping me pick my colors! they are super insightful about brands and have always welcomed me very warmly when i come in. yesterday after i had left with my dye my car wouldnt start, i went back inside and had asked if anybody was able to help me get my battery jumped and ezekiel was very quick to request to go on a break and help me! they helped figure out how t

I have given this location so much business over the years and I have always returned here when I could’ve gone to a different supply store. Because I have very much, so enjoyed the environment. But there was an incident that happened with one of the employees where she attacked somebody. This girl is known to work at the location and me personally I feel as if you’re well known to work at a business. You are a representation of that establishment outside of work as well. To attack somebody that didn’t want a physical altercation with you is bullying and it’s weird and it’s mean girl energy. Have always had great luck with finding the hair items that I need. Just had an amazing interaction with one of their employees, an individual with blue hair and amazing personality. 🫶 Truly a great place to get whatever you need for your hair!

it's a very nice clean store with mostly nice workers but, there is one worker there not sure what his name is that seems like he's there against his will. Doesn't really like being asked questions or small talk which is fine their job isn't to deal with my endless yapping he just seems like he doesn't want to be there
