I love Sallys and they always give me the best advice for my hair. I love this place

One of the cashiers was a mute and couldnt answer a simple question and the other was rude. Usually Sally's employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products , idk what is up with this location. They also charged me / added something to my cart that I didn't even touch or see in the store

I highly recommend shopping any where else. I have been here a few times because I normally buy the same couple things and this is the closest place to get them vs online but not anymore. I bought some nails, at the recommendation from the woman working, who said "I'm wearing those right now & they have lasted me 4+ weeks!!", I bought them and they didn't even last 5 days despite being super careful & following directions, when I tried to return them, as the receipt states, they told me I could not, so I ate the loss & moved on. I go in a couple days ago and am buying my usual hair dye when an employee approaches and asked if I wanted something a little more "long lasting" so I'm open to suggestions & talk to her and she tells me how everyone loves a brand and it's actually "even on sale r

Been in this place 2x since the reopen and the clerk has the personality of a stump. She is the most impersonal and unfriendly clerk I have ever dealt with. I asked today for a specific product and she was supposed to show me. When I looked I could not find and told her I must be blind. What she was trying to sell was the "generic" brand which was not what I had asked for. I did not buy it. I will just buy what I need somewhere else from now on.

Everyone is always so nice here! They are also very knowledgeable of their products! I made the mistake of going to a different Sally’s and I will not do that again! I love it here!
