Unfortunately, the TWO girls in the store right now aren’t very knowledgeable and well, neither am I but I’m not supposed to be, that’s not my job. So, if you need some explaining or help with finding the right product, I would take the drive to the Sally’s in Summerfield.

I would NEVER shop at the store ever again!!!! After searching for a location to purchase hair I found the Sally’s beauty supply store 1708 North Citrus Blvd. I went in the selection was very small the store was not properly lit it was very difficult to tell the difference between a black hair a brown hair or a half black hair. After the sales person went and release the hair from the locked rack, I proceed to pay for the item once I got outside not even one second after exiting the store, I open the plastic bag and realize the color of the hair was auburn in color not black. I went back in the store explain to Hilary That she gave me the wrong color product and I would like her to exchange it and give me the proper color. she told me that she cannot there’s returns no exchanges the pr

Erica was amazing! She helped me with every single question and even with a mask on I could tell she had a smile on her face! Ive been to other Sally's and no one was ever as helpful as her! Ive always loved the stores, she made my experience awesome!

I recently started dyeing my hair and don’t really know much about toning and bleaching etc, I tried asking the lady at the cashier for what to get in order to do highlights and she gave me so much attitude and then claimed I was the one with the attitude when I just talked to her in the same way she talked to me. If you’re not mature enough and respectable enough to be in the customer service workplace get a different job. She was some white girl w brown hair, 5’7 or 5’6.

Brought a product back, unused, 2 days after I purchased it, with the receipt and the store associate Theresa Bowles told me flat out that she wouldn't give me my money back or a store credit because she "doesn't have to". I told her i JUST bought the product 2 days ago from her. She stated she remembered me and remembered telling me if I didn't like it I could bring it back but restated that she "didn't HAVE to" process my return. I drove 5 miles up the road to the sally's in the villages and they proceed my return without an issue. That's where I'll be shopping from now on. There absolutely no reason for nasty customer service.
