Oh my goodness! If I could leave 10 stars I would! The Sally’s Store in Laurel has the best customer service. I’ve shopped at many Sally’s over the years. This store was the cleanest, most organized, and well stocked. The employees were so friendly and helpful. Their customer service is the absolute best. I’ll be back again and again!

I have never had any issues here. Most of the ladies know me as soon as I walk In and we can talk about everything. I sent my mom in yesterday to grab my stuff and the lady refused to give her my stuff and just kept telling her I didn’t have an account when I have had an account for over 3 years. I was on the phone with my mom and heard the whole conversation. She just wouldn’t do her job. I called the store in Hattiesburg and they looked up my number and my account pulled up instantly. She refused to sell because my mom didn’t have an account there. She even logged into my account and showed her everything and stuff for her to scan.

One of the employees are very racist. She followed me around the store, not doing her job just watching me, accusing of stealing even tho I wasn't and she did not follow other customers, but I did approach her about behavior and did not like that at all. Very uncomfortable experience and couldn't enjoy my shopping.

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Won’t be getting anymore business from me. Made me buy a brush because my 3 year old put it to her head like she had a disease or something! Knowing damn well if it was that serious they could’ve just threw it away.

I went to Sally's beauty supply in laurel Mississippi Friday March 2nd and the customer service average. However I went back today for a few items and a woman named Pam took care of my transaction and her customer service skills was beyond expectation! She made my day with her personality and willingness to go above and beyond. I definitely will continue to shop there and it is all because of Pam!
