I was so OVER paying the salon prices and the constant struggle to keep my greys hidden while not going broke. I walked into Sally's with hope and a prayer that they'd tell me I'm not crazy and I could handle the look I was trying to achieve. Thankfully, Cindy did just that and more. She was so incredibly kind and reassured me that I could handle this and set me up with everything I needed to do my hair at home. I was pleasantly surprised I was fully set up for only $35. I was spending over $200 for the same look at the salon! She walked me through the step by step so I felt confident doing it. Happy to report that it came out PERFECT. I'll absolutely be kissing the salon goodbye and returning to Sally's for my haircare needs.

Got here at 1pm, store was still not open with the door locked. A customer outside waiting on the bench explained a lady with green hair was in the back counting drawers or something. She said she was just gonna wait for them to open since the next location was too far away. How is this person still working here and how is this location still open if they can't bother to open up on time?

This is a very good store that offers good beauty products and I want to make special mention of a young lady who helped me today. She was very professional, very kind, very attentive and always had a smile on her face, making the customer feel super good. Her name is Ashley. Thank you very much. Congratulations, Ashley.

Just showed up here at 10:06 the door was open but everything was alil dark. Thought maybe because they just opened 6 mins ago. That she was just in the back. The lady who worked here showed up 5 mins later. said it was not supposed to be open. Kicked me out and locked the door now I’ve been waiting 20 mins outside while she does a bunch of stuff inside. The short lady with green hair has just been waking back and forth on the phone while she obviously has customers. Nun of this would have been a problem if she just showed up on time. Then had the audacity after making us wait 30 mins. Walking to the door and throwing up a be back in 10 min sign. And just completely ignored up knocking.

Ashley the manager knows where most products are thoroughout the store as well as Lydia. Kayla and June are hair care and nail wizards.The other associates are amazing as well! Each one of them goes out of their way to help each client to help get the best products for the best results! I do know there was a family emergency on one of the days the store was recently opened late. One thing that people need to be mindful of before posting a negative review... they're human and need to be respected as such. Also, there is one question anyone can use to find out what was going on...WHY before judging. I'm sorry about the emergency I hope everything went well and looking forward to my next visit, because at this location they do what the Sallys motto is..."come as YOU are."
