I tried to return an unopened product and got the run around for 30 minutes. The person with the bright colored hair ( manager I believe) pretended like she was having so many problems with the return: reading my receipt, operating the cash register, etc. I got disgusted and left. A couple weeks later I went to to the Sally's in Annapolis and got it done in 2 minutes.

The hours posted state the store closes at 7pm. I walked in today at 6:45pm. Before the door even closed behind me, the girl behind the counter informed me they are about to close. To that I replied, I’m only grabbing one thing. I expressed how unprofessional and rude it was for her to even mention that considering the store does not close for another 15 min. I grabbed my item then proceeded to checkout. She was still being rude. I asked her name, she ignored me. I wasn’t offered any assistance. Instead, I was made to feel like an annoyance. I definitely won’t be coming back here.

Came in with a hair color crisis! The associate that helped me was very attentive and helped me pick options that would get me the results l needed with minimal damage. Love love my results. I didn’t catch her name but she had blonde braids, thanks love.

Mia was an outstanding person from the moment I walked in! She was so attentive and she was interested in saving me $ rather than a sale and that’s very admirable. If she’s not a manager she needs to be on immediately. Oh yeah, and customer service 10/10. I am very satisfied with my visit.

The store is temporarily closed. I approached the door when I saw an employee inside to ask if they would open anytime soon or if I could grab what I needed since the store looked fully loaded. The employee ignored me, and when I finally got her attention, she just pointed at the sign and dismissed me.
