Great place to buy hair products

Antonia was extremely helpful. I shopped at this location Tuesday evening. I had a few questions about the products I was purchasing and Antonia was incredibly knowledgeable about the items. There was a customer behind me, waiting to check out that appeared visibly agitated. She threw her products down and walked out of the store without purchasing them. I guess she was mad that I was holding up the line, but I needed help and advice about the products. I really didn’t take up a lot of time at all. Some people are just miserable. But I appreciated all of Antonia’s help and how calm and professional she was during this event.

Won't go here anymore. Been there several times but the last two times, the service was horrible. They were too busy doing "other things" to be able to answer my questions, despite the fact that I bought a ton of stuff. One time, I was literally standing in front of the product that I wanted to buy and the associate (who was helping another person), asked me to step aside so her customer could look at what I was looking at. So I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for them to move so I could go back to looking at what I wanted to buy.

I love the way the associates help me out when, I'm not sure what would work for my hair or other products that I need. They are so kind and patient. They haven't failed me, yet 😊.
