I moved into the area in 2021 and realized this is my home Sally's store and had went in a couple times with no problem, other than my member number not having my updated info, but today 09/06/22 I went in to buy some more developer for the toner I bought last week, and was accused by one of the sales associate to have shoplifted the toner I brought in with me that I had bought last week. I get it, people shop lift all the time and Sally's has to protect its merchandise, but this individual blatantly accused me, and then continued to argue with me, giving me the worst of attitudes when I let her know that, as a paying customer, I didn't like the fact that she so blatantly accused me of stealing. Which she went on to deny that she did. What's going on with customer service in the Antellope

Where's the customer service and proper assistance when a customer is in need of help.

The Co. Needs to do some serious training with the sales clerk in Lancaster (E J). Priorities are a little messed up. Apparently it's more important to stock shelves than to help a customer! If Zero stars were an option, I would have given that rating!😩

The ladies were awesome! Pointed me in the right direction. Helped me with everything I needed, grabbed items for me and gave me a few pro tips. Couldn't be more satisfied. A+
