Sally Beauty

Went here yesterday and got everything- dye, bleach, that stuff. But it was assumed we already had developer at home, so we weren't told to get any. Went home, read instructions, turns out we need to buy developer. We drove all the way back to Sally today and luckily, worked out a deal. Not the best deal, but they did correct the mistake and provide compensation.

I’m going to 5 star since the manager Cindy finally got fired!!! She was always so horrible with customers. Horrible with me on so many occasions. The ladies there today, were so helpful & sweet! It felt great to go in without someone rolling their eyes at you, speaking to you like your an idiot just for asking questions and literally being just awful. I’m so happy about this! The vibe in there is changed for the better! Bad lady is gone guys you can go back anyone whose been boycotting this location because of her.

I was there Sunday. The lady with the short grey hair really has a bad attitude. I am 100% ok with you needing to do your job. I get it. Ask for what you need to ask for. Do what you need to do. But don't treat me like I'm in your way. And don't treat me like I'm annoying you when I'm getting 1 item. Thats all. Ease tqlk to this employee and tell her she need to talk to customer with some kind of niceness

They always have what I need in a pinch and so much more ! I never leave with just what I came for. I love this store !

Wow, the franchisee needs some instruction on how to deal with the public. What a nasty woman. I've been in Sallys all over the nation and this is the first negative experience. Just teaching her basic manners would be a start.
