I have ordered three times today from this location. All three times the order was cancelled within 20-30 minutes. They did not attempt to call on any of the three orders. The first time I assumed they were short staffed and that’s why they cancelled the order and didn’t call. The second time though, I figured maybe they couldn’t live up to the 2 hour delivery (which would have been fine, it’s not a huge deal to have any of the items within 2 hours). So the third order, I just placed it for pickup so my husband could grab it tomorrow and again, cancelled. No call, just a very vague email. Maybe it’s a better in store experience but pickup/delivery, do not recommend.

Clean store but customer service could be better. I picked up several items different price at the register. Beauty adivsor very nonchalant and didn’t really care. Not sure but maybe it’s just a job for her. No personality at all.

Never open on time!! On a Friday 35 min still not open..
