I found exactly what I needed here! The help provided by the employees was indispensable. It made product/brand decisions so easy! Karley was so very helpful and informative while she assisted me in choosing new nail polish and beard oil, and she suggested a great hair product for my wife just based on a few questions. The level of customer care that I experienced was exceptional.

The store is clean. Prices are outrageous. Employees were too busy talking to one another to help anyone. We asked 3 times about a product we were looking for, and they would just send us looking rather than offer to actually come help. They really need to teach their employees good customer service. We left empty-handed.

first time coming to this location, I wish I had gotten the kind woman’s name - she’s gorgeous with yellow short hair. SO SWEET and SO HELPFUL. she made such a great first impression for me, I will be back!

The sales person was not pleasant. When I asked her about nail primer she pointed me to base coat and said it's all the same. I finally found what I was looking for and showed her what nail primer is and explained to her the difference. She looked at me as if I was annoying to her.
