Excellent customer service, especially from Erin. She went above and beyond for me. When a favorite item of mine was discontinued, Erin searched the computer for other Sally’s who had the item in stock. She is sweet and nice and I really appreciated her help!!

I had such a great experience as this was my first time visiting Sally Beauty. I initially knew what products to get because I would get them from Walmart or Target. I needed a shampoo, conditioner and a leave-in product. I usually use a brand called Mielle so I came to look for that. But this girl name Gizel came up and instantly asked if I needed any help and she was professional and attentive to my needs as I explained my products I use. She told me information about Mielle that I was not aware of about ingredients being altered to where it had caused more hair fall-out. She asked about what type of hair I had and what ingredients I should use in my hair. Hours are not updated. Hours state this location closes at 9PM (online and by calling number ). Employee inside did not open the door at 8PM.

Hours of the store is definitely confusing because it says 8:00pm they close but I'm here at 6:30pm and they are already closed...
