I Can't get what I need to bleach my hair from anywhere else but here locally. I do feel most things are over priced and pushy sales people with attitudes at times others more friendly usually one of each type per shopping visit and I really feel kind of stalked and get super irritated by the staff and I hate the vibe of being rushed and constantly bothered and approached over and over ..you are watched like a hawk usually rudely too and can't browse peacefully down aisles just looking at options ever bc they want you to just get just a certain pre known something and go or something never allow impulse buys here lol . That said ..I need my local sallys for the convience and access when it comes to pro quality product and tools there is no other local physical store option available to th

Staff was helpful on educating me and my niece on hair color. She made sure we had all the products needed to be successful.

The employees that work at Sally's are very knowledgeable. Very helpful and just go above and beyond to help you. It doesn't matter what Sally's I go into in the area. They're all the same helpful considerate bend over backwards to help with anything and all your needs..

Wished I could leave lower. Girl left me standing in cold for 30 minutes when finally got her to answer phone refused my order say system updating when it wasn’t. Talk to manager who defend without apologizing she left me in cold or didn’t even come to the door after she got off her cellphone she didn’t want to answer work phone. System updating he said I told him she was in the computer that it couldn’t have been he said it was and she was shipping an order how do you ship when it’s supposedly updating to to another Sally’s this one ran by a child with no Customer service experience
