Important. Every time I come here they never have inventory or inventory is always being put out. I can’t stress how frustrating it is for me to have to go out of my way to Davenport and being told by the staff that Davenport has the inventory. So what is the point of having this store open if you don’t have the inventory majority of the time. Every single visit I’ve had there they never had inventory I was looking for. Clermont and Davenport always has it but this location for some reason doesn’t. I’ve seen boxes on the sales floor as if they are putting inventory out but no one suggests hey I’ll take a look in the back for you. It’s always what we have out is all we have. There was one time that I went and they said that same thing to me and then I asked for her to check the back for me

very rude! i walked in not knowing what time they closed. on the door it said 8PM, but apparently it was 6pm! so i walked in 5-10 before close and if they told me they were closing in 5 mins i would’ve left because im not trying to be that type of customer. so the manager as soon as i come in says “do you need anything?” and that was fine.. i said “no im just looking for these nails” and i did find the section since its as soon as you walk in.. so im looking and i say “do u have this brand of nails but the kit version” the worker (not the manager) just looks at me and doesn’t say anything. then she points to her manager and and rolls her eyes at me. and i’m just confused. so i just try to leave and the front door is locked. the manager locked the door while im still in there and the manage

My favorite Sally's location is the one at Rolling Oaks. During the store's remodel, I realized just how exceptional the staff is. They are consistently helpful and courteous. I was thrilled when the store reopened, and the staff has continued to exceed my expectations with their outstanding assistance. Some other Sally's not so much. Thanks again for exceptional customer service.

The cashier with the black glasses and very light blonde braided hair was extremely rude to my daughter and I. We got dirty looks and she ignored us. Beautiful remodel to the store but nasty customer service. I'll just go to the other location. I am also seeing on the reviews that I'm not the only one to have issues with her.... how does one like this get hired for a customer service role?
