Ive normally had a good experience at Sally's. But the other day I went in to buy bleach and the lady asked what I was going for and I told her I wanted to start lifting the black in my hair and I was looking for a bleach to help. I was going to pick Ion because ive used it before but she recommended this brand ive never heard of before and I thought I'd go with it since she must know her stuff. I get home and me and my friend start bleaching my hair. The bleach is hard to mix and chunky, and after it's in my hair we search it up and the brand has awful reviews and that type of bleach is meant for light lifting. My hair is now 4 different colors and blotchy. If you go to Sally's looking for bleach I recommend you research on your own and don't ask the lady's for their opinion or help. Ill

Staff has always been nice and helpful! Just wish it were a bigger store! They need more space.

I’ve come to this location 3 times so far and all of the staff have been very friendly and helpful each time I’ve come in. Nichole went above and beyond to help me this time around, helping me not only figure out a pricing issue the website was giving me, but also helping me get logged into my account (which I’ve had for years, but I didn’t realize I had missed a step in registration so was never able to log in properly online). Super grateful for all their help!
