I've been to quite a few Sally Beauty's and the problem I've usually encounted is that they seem to never be stocked with items and have a tendency of having messy shelves. This store, however, seems to be fully stocked up on a variety of items and is very organized. They even carry my favorite hair dye brand, Unicorn Hair, in so many different colors! Thank you for always having great products in stock.

Last week was my first time in Sally Beauty and I was impressed with the experience. I went in looking for a specific moisturizer that my friend recommended from there and Nicole pointed me right to what I was looking for. Knowledgeable staff and a soothing atmosphere made the chore of finding a specific product pleasant. I'll definitely be returning.

I needed help picking a hair color & a very nice young lady named Sarah was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful. She made me feel like she truly cared about my happiness.

So I bought some trimmers and I decided I didn’t want them anymore , so I returned them not even 5 mins after purchase and the associate inside told me I couldn’t return them because they were a final sale. She calls her manager whom also says no return and it’s their policy but they 1. Don’t know their own policy 2. Didn’t read their own sign they have posted on the rack that states “ Refunds or exchanges will only be issued in-store on clippers and trimmers that are unused, in the original packaging, and with a receipt purchased within the last 60 days.” I read this off to them and the manger still said no so I had to call sally customer service to get them to verify it and this was in fact true. Ask for Wayne if you visit this location. I went in confused about what to do with my natural 4c hair, and now that I am swimming I really didn't know what to do. Wayne spent at least 25 minutes telling me how to take care of my hair not only on the swim days but every other day. He is patient, kind and very knowledgeable about what products to use. Wayne you are the best. The items that you suggested are just what I needed. THANKS
