Sally Beauty

I will NEVERRRR return to this Sally’s again. I walked in saw two staff members working, NEITHER of them greeted me. I walked around looking for an item I had a hard time finding, not once did anyone ask if I needed help finding something. The only thing a staff member said to me was “excuse me” as she passed down the same aisle as me. I couldn’t find the item I was looking for but I didn’t even want to ask for help. I ended up just looking up the item on my phone and found out they were out of stock so I left, and no one said anything as I walked out. My first and last visit to this store location.

Went in today around 7:30 ish, and no one offered me any help the girls at that shift were completely useless, just on their phones or talking to each other making jokes, if you aren't gonna bother helping people or take the job serious don't work there then😒, the times I would go it would always be around the morning and there's a girl in that shift who is very helpful, but today I went more later than usual, I didn't end up getting my stuff I needed because I needed help or an opinion and the girls there did not know anything about what I was looking for

Customer service was horrible . Asked for a recommendation she said they're all good . Couldn't come from behind the register to help me , there were no customers in the store . She also seemed to be the lead or manager . Heavier girl with light ends . I also overheard her speaking to the employee and telling her DONT EVER LEAVE THAT AGAIN . The employee apologized . That's no way to speak to employees.

I hate when i run out of beauty supplies near me because sally's is more expensive on the same items you get at your local beauty supply, but nonetheless i got waht i needed and im good. just had to pay more but next time i'll plan so i can keep some money in my pocket.

I hate coming to this Sally’s , the girls besides one in the past are extremely rude and give judgmental vibes. Even though I work in the same parking lot I will make sure to not come here ever again.
