Best experience, staff went over and beyond to help me with every question I had and all the products that I needed. I wish I would have gotten the other ladies name that helped me. One of the girls in the store was Anna and there was another lady with dark black hair that was incredibly helpful. The store closed at seven. I got there About 645 and left at 7:15. They were not upset at all that they closed at seven and I was holding them up. They were both very knowledgeable And provided exceptional customer service.Thank you ladies for all your help. Doug is awesome! kinda went in on a whim to take care of these roots that i let go for months. he asked if we needed help, i asked about powdered bleaches best bang for my buck. he confidently suggested quality product and helped us save some money. it was such a pleasant surprise because it was close to closing time. i appreciate his help and him working on New Years Day. thank you Doug!!!!! :D

I get it they work in a beauty supply store. And I would have to say without a doubt most of them do not carry a cosmetology license. I overhear them recommending color and products to customers, which I'm sure if they listen most of them their hair had to turned green. They're not polite at all.

Mary was so helpful, and kind. She walked me through exactly how to bleach and color dye my kiddos hair, and it went flawlessly. Thank you Mary! She even recommend BondBar for myself, and this product rocks!
