I had a terrible experience at this Sally Beauty location. Yesterday, one of the employees gave us completely wrong directions and product recommendations. We trusted her advice, spent almost $100 (our receipt was $98 and change), and bought the products she suggested. We used two of them exactly as instructed, but they did not work at all—on the contrary, they dried out my hair badly. Clearly, these were the wrong products for me, and I should not have been told to use them. Today we went back to return/exchange the hair dye. My husband spoke with another employee who was also there yesterday—her name was Jane (or something similar). He explained that we had wasted money because of their mistake and asked for a discount since the products were wrong and unusable. Instead of helping us, Ja

I didn’t catch her name, but I came in yesterday dealing with a hair emergency. I had just gotten a sew-in, and my leave-out looked terrible. While I was on the phone and browsing hair tools, I kept glancing over at the sales associate but didn’t ask for help. That’s when a young Black woman kindly approached me. I explained what was going on, and she helped me choose the right product and even gave me some great tips. I used the product she recommended, took my hair down this morning, and it looks amazing! I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name, but thank you for saving my hair, I really appreciate you! ❤️
