I had a salon mess up my hair really bad and I went here to try to find something to fix it. Micheal went out of his way to help me and what he recommended worked! I was very happy. He is very helpful everytime I come in there, and seems like he knows what he is talking about. I come there just for him honestly.

First time in Sally Beauty for an universal hair dryer diffuser. I took it home but it didn't fit my dryer. I went back the first time to return with the receipt, which the associate couldn't read ( printer ink was low so it wasn't readable). She asked me to return another day so she could try again. I returned a second time, she still couldn't make it work so gave me the # for customer service. I reached out to CS and they emailed me a copy of the original transaction receipt. Third trip in the associate tried with the coy i printed from the CS email. He couldn't make it work. 😡 . He had the audacity to ask me to come back another time but didn't know when the manager would be in! BE WARNED - THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

it's a cheap place for people to pick up more predictable hair dye than from Walmart, but the products are really not very good quality though. Nothing to write home about. Manager is not professional. A girl arrived for her shift and was going to clock in. The manager told her not to clock in yet because she's "too tight" this week which is very unprofessional. This employee is here standing at the front desk of the work site, your payroll is not her problem. If she's on-site working, you need to pay her for her time, lady. Do you think she's standing there for fun? Employee on site at your request = employee paid! This manager needs some serious training. Needs reported to Divison of Labor!

All the staff does is complain about people in their personal life.. Their appearances are highly unprofessional and they are incredibly unfriendly.. The products themselves aren't even worth it. I'll be traveling to a different supplier from now on..

Had a nightmare experience at a “professional” stylist the night before a concert and came to Sally’s beauty for help to fix it. Kate went out of her way to make sure I had everything within my budget to fix the mess of dye in my hair with minimal damage, she spent an hour helping us and wrote instructions for my mom!
