Cherokee was super helpful and kind. I came in to get help turning my hair back to its natural color and she showed me a great resource, helped me find substitutions and recommended some great hair conditioning treatments! I can’t say thank you enough!

Danny gave me the absolute best customer service experience of my life this evening at the independence location by the amc. She was so friendly and professional and extremely knowledgeable. She was able to list several different brands of products that would work for what I needed and list the differences and benefits that they offered. She was able to tell me about the way the color I chose works and how best to take care of it and was polite and attentive the whole way through while managing several customers in the store and the phone ringing. there’s very few workers who know what they’re talking about. i went in today looking for a PURPLE hair dye to use on brown hair and the one she recommended i got and after applying and drying it IT WAS BLACK. come to find out it was made for GREY hair. I hate my hair now. and it’s too dark to bleach it and get a decent result.
