This is by far the worst Sally’s. I will never return here. I ordered online to be a fast pickup for an even. After confirming online that they were open till 7. I got there 5 til 6 and they were closing the door and I was told “we do not have your order and we do not know what to tell you”. The girl was very rude. She had pink hair and facial piercings. They have a hand written sign that does not match their posted hours online. The customer service was awful here. I recommend going somewhere else.

I absolutely love this store! The lovely ladies that work here are so amazing 👏. They always answer all my questions and have saved me countless times from screwing my hair up! I will be a customer here forever!🥰🥰

I went to Sally’s for hair dye and they had a promotion of buy two get one free. The woman had grabbed everything for me and checked me out and when I got home and I was missing my free one. I bought five hair dyes and I did not receive my free one. I called the store, and the woman told me I needed to bring all the products and my receipt back to return everything and do the transaction over again. Why am I having to do that when she’s the one that made the mistake of not putting the free one in my bag? I live 15 minutes from the store and the fact that they told me that I had to bring all the products back just to get my free one is insane! I don’t mind bringing the receipt back but when you tell me, I have to bring all the products and my receipt and do a full return just to get my free

I've had good experiences there and I'm a licensed cosmetologist. They're always helpful if I need help and do greet me when I come in which is not as common now as it used to be. Just that courtesy is nice.

Opening time is actually 10am not 9 but otherwise a great store. Well stocked and the associate was very friendly and helpful with all my questions. I will definitely shop at this location again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
