Drove all the way out here to find construction BUT alas! There was a “sally Beauty is open” sign as I entered the parking lot. It was a LIE!!!! Walked all the way to the door and it was locked and closed. Looks like I’m buying via Amazon.

every time i have gone into this specific sally’s, i deal with the same person. i was in to get bleach and hair dye the other day and asked for help. they asked if my hair was virgin or not so i explained i had highlights and dyed them, but ive cut pretty much all the highlights out and the color has faded. they literally looked me in my face and said “that’s not how that works but okay.” this person is always arrogant and rude, but this person basically has a buzz so what do they know about hair? idk how they still have a job, i’d be embarrassed and ashamed if i were a manager and letting my employees speak to customers that way. never returning

So I just came in to do an Instacart order and the employee with the very awesome tattoos helped me out and she was very quick and friendly to help out and basically did my job for me. She was incredible. I didn't catch your name, but please please please never lose this employee. She's incredible.

It's been over 7 years since I've been here since i stopped coloring my hair but have recently started back up and that means a trip to sally's for products! The girl working was seriously fabulous!! Great knowledge and service she recommended several amazing products and I of course purchased all of then! Will definitely be back to this location based on the service received alone!

The store manager here is so nice! She gave me the perfect recommendation for the color I was trying to achieve. She's always so welcoming and remembers who I am. If you have any questions about hair color, the women here will not upsell just for profit; they tell you what you can and can't achieve with your hair color level. And even with expierience, it's always nice to be able to trust someone's second opnion Thank you guys! <3
