The service was excellent, all the girls were super nice and knowledgeable. But the place was filled with disgusting bugs!!!! I was about so swallow a fly when I walked in! Seriously, the place looks like it hasn't been maintained in years, just horrible!. There is even a hole in the sealing and it was leaking. SMH. Such bad experience for my first time there, disappointed.

The place is beautiful! But when I went, there was this one cashier who was really rude and disrespectful. She kept looking at me like if I was going to steal something and that wasn’t nice she was behind me all the time acting like she was stocking items but she wasn’t doing anything. I have no idea why she would think I would steal something. When I got to the cashier there was this woman before me paying the cashier asked for her number to see if she had points but when it was my turn she never asked for my number or anything. I thought she was going to ask but she didn’t when I saw my payment had went through already. I was waiting for her to ask. When I told her about it she was rude and said “well I don’t have a mind to think about that you should’ve told me”. That was extremely rude

This used to be my go to beauty store but it’s just uncomfortable to shop there. I’m a regular and every time I go I’m spending a lot of money. But I’ve noticed employees who’ve seen me shop there many times before (who I greet every time I walk into the store) following me around the store or staring me down like I’m gonna steal or repeatedly asking me if I need help after I say no thank you. I know good customer service When I see it I literally work retail but I also know when I’m being racially profiled and watched under the suspicion of shoplifting. Shopping at this store has become so uncomfortable and it’s disappointing.
