Sally Beauty

Tried calling this store multiple times without anyone picking up, disappointed as ive been a customer here spanning SEVERAL YEARS. I truly dont understand, why have a phone line if you wont answer... do better.

I was followed around the store by employees when I came to purchase hair color. It was a bizarre experience and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I have no idea why they did this. I have been shopping at Sally’s for years and I will not be continuing. There was nothing in my demeanor or presentation/appearance that elicited the behavior that I experienced. When I reached the register the one girl yelled “she is at the register” to the other girl who then came up and checked me out. She being me, even though there were other people in the store. I have never felt more uncomfortable in any store and I am not sure why they treated me this way. It felt openly hostile. Both employees were behaving strangely. Honestly, the store was really organized, and it was easy to find everything, but the women who were working today at like 545p were awfully rude. They treated my niece, and I like criminals as soon as we were spotted down an aisle. We were dismissed at the register, and they were on top of my niece to the point that my niece made it a point to open her bag to show she hadn't taken anything after we heard the employees speak Spanish about not forgetting our faces for the next time we come in. They did not realize that while they were speaking ill of us, we understood every word. I usually have such a good time at Sally's, but this location was not it for me.

I have not had a worse experience at any other location than I have had here. I will never shop at this location ever! I think the corporate offices need to audit this store. If this is the mission of the company, “ Sally Beauty Mission Statement Our mission here at Sally's is to provide the best products on the market to help with whatever women are looking for. It is also our goal to provide the best customer service towards our shoppers, so that they feel comfortable in shopping with us.”, this store is completely missing the mark on making customers feel comfortable. The staff at this location have discriminatory practices. Always have a great experience here. The staff remains kind and knowledgeable every time. This last time Vilma helped assisted me. She guided me in the right direction towards my hair goals.
