Decided to try this Sally's instead of one closer to my home as I travelled back into town, because 1. It was on the way and 2. Because it had high reviews. I'm glad I visited. The staff were professional and so helpful! Great customer service! The store also had good specials! The "The Doux" products are wonderful!!!

I love going to this Sally’s location! The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and have helped me every time I need help finding products when coloring my hair and more. The manager is also amazing! Highly recommend.

New white lady kept asking if I needed help, told her various times it wasn’t needed.

This is the second time I’ve made the drive to come to this store, just for it to not be open. It opens at 10AM and it’s 10:49AM. The first time I came and it wasn’t open, the employee was doing work at the register at 10:30am with the doors locked. It’s starting to get annoying and management needs to improve or be changed.

I had gone to the location in Mechanicsville for hair dye without knowing they had closed. I was super stressed worrying where the next Sally beauty was and if they'd have what I'd need. I came to this location and the ladies there were so kind and helpful. The store also was stocked really well! I use IroIro hair dye and usually am limited to colors due to stock, but this location had all of the colors plus a couple of each. When I checked out, they even checked to see if I had any redeemable coupons So glad I have a close location with such great customer service and inventory!
