Sally Beauty

I literally have never posted a review before but this Sally’s officially has a customer for life. Literally the best customer service I’ve ever had and even though I had a tough and specific request, a semipermanent auburn/copper with no lightening that will eventually fade, they not only knocked it out of the park, but even offered additional help when the first attempt didn’t turn out quite how I wanted after just guessing what would work on my own. They helped me and my boyfriend so much and I will absolutely be back again and again!

i went in and Ariana immediately came up and asked if i needed help with anything, i showed her what i needed and she immediately got everything for me, she was amazingly helpful and happy to do it. they were extremely nice people! best sally’s i’ve ever been in! have the best day Ariana if you read this!

I love the Sally's here. I dye my hair a lot and get literally the best products (aside from Fox's hair dye but that's just preference lol) Great customer service and variety in colors for hair dye and nail polish

The customer support team is terrible. I would suggest everyone just to go to Ulta or Sephora. Their customer service is a lot better if you ever have any issues! I will never use them again!
