Love shopping at this store! Staff is always so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help! They are so knowledgeable and I know I can always count on them for great recommendations. Can’t recommend this store enough!

Went there for an emergency snake bite replacement (bc my ball fell out while I was eating and yeah..) and the employee was kind enough to look for the hoop I needed! It fit and im so damn grateful I dont need to get it repeirced.

Absolute go-to!! There was a lady there that helped me find something for my Hispanic hair because I haven't been able to find anything that works. She did a bit of looking and with feedback from other customers, she found something that works perfectly!! My hair has never been fluffier I love it 🥹 I wish I could list her name on here but she had a pony tail, glasses and awesome acrylic nails. Thank you!!!

I went in with my husband to buy some gel nail polish. The employee there was extremely kind and answered so many questions and offered a ton of very helpful information about the whole process. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience here! Will definitely be returning.

I was rather uncomfortable last time I shopped at this establishment. I went to purchase a few products that I was excited to see that Sally's still carries and when I was at the checkout counter one of the employees kept commenting on how much she dislikes this product and morally objects to it, she came very close to outright chiding me for my purchase. I myself do not have experience selling haircare products but have worked customer service in my past and I can definitely say I would never chide nor discourage someone from purchasing a product no matter my personal thoughts on it. I felt unwelcome enough from my experience that I would rather buy from Amazon (that is cheaper anyway) and avoid your employees comments and judgment of my haircare routine.
