Young girl who seems to be the manager had green hair now blond seems to hate her job and is awfully rude about having to fix things such as the prices on the shelves when they are different at check out. Maybe do your job correctly and place the correct tags on the shelf and you wouldn't have to adjust prices at register.

Hello! I recently did an order here for instacart and I needed lots of help, as it was my first time ever in a Sally's. The gal that helped us (half purple half black hair, she had no name tag) was extremely rude, snobby and nosey. She helped find the products but was very rude in the process. I won't be taking an order from this store again and I definitely won't be shopping here myself. 😊

I came in looking to fix my yellow hair with a toner. Every other Sally store associate automatically goes for the wella t18. I tried it and didn’t work for me. The salesperson in this store however, knew right away that T18 was the wrong toner and suggested the T10 or T28. I tried the T10 and now my hair isn’t a hot mess ! I really appreciate her expertise and knowledge I found her to be so helpful. Thank you !!

I would give a Minus 5 star review if possible! They only cater to Sally with straight hair in Helena and offer NOTHING for people with textured hair! Was told the don't have an "Ethnic" section! 🤦🏾‍♂️

I simply adore the manager! She gives off such a positive energy. I feel that she is very knowledgable, and I can trust her advice and opinion when I'm trying to decide on a purchase. The other employees have always been fun and accommodating as well. You guys are amazing!
