Sally Beauty

First let me start off by simply saying if I was able to leave no stars I would. In all my years of coming to Sally Beauty on 49 I have never been treated this way. The new manager is unbelievable RUDE. Her name is Sophia I believe. (Just to clarify for any of my fellow Sally beauty shoppers. Incase y’all did not know it is under new management) From what I can tell if she expects her employees to learn from her behavior they will be rolling their eyes, bobbing their head from side to side, and speaking with a mouth full of attitude. I’m 70years old and needed some help with hair color and some shampoo. That’s all I needed. Instead I left the store feeling more confused than when I walked in. I wanted to speak to someone else and she basically told me no and to go to the other Sally’s. I k

The young girls working inside were absolutely amazing. Greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Smiling helpful and just brought joy to my day. 😊 Maddy Nicole and Lee were working and I will definitely be returning to this location. This Sally's is the nicest one I've ever been to. They always tell me great deals going on, are very helpful, and nice. I always come here for my hair product and am never disappointed :)
