I visited the store approximately, 3 weeks ago, in search of an Ion Heat Protection Spray (keep in mind I purchased the original bottle AT THIS LOCATION!!) The cashier was sweet and told me they did not have that in-stock; I asked if I ordered it from their website could I have it shipped to the store. This store is (Sally Beauty on Retail Row in Hartsville, SC). So, with confidence in the cashier, the following week I ordered the product. THANK GOODNESS I screenshot my purchase and the confirmation!! Because today, I came to pick it up and they do not have it and can't order it for me, oh and also, I can not pick another item of EQUAL value to replace the item which was already debited from my account!! This shop is always nice and clean. The prices are insane and way overpriced. You can get a lot of these products online for cheaper or at other places like target. The sales lady tried to convince me to buy latex gloves, which were $2.49. I purchased them at dollar tree for $1.00. I would not recommend this place unless it was your last option and nothing else was in your reach.

This store was very rude, my mother went in there to get my hair dye that I’ve used for years and the lady had a smart remark for everything my mom would say. My mother use to be a hair dresser for years and the lady literally said “couldn’t tell with how your hair looks”. I should go back up there and tell her manger. You won’t see me buying anything from that Sally’s again. I rather go to Rockingham.
