I asked a woman if they had color oops because I wanted to remove my black hair color to lighten it back up to brown again and they didn’t she offered me another product but, the product she gave me instead bleach my hair…. Don’t take recommendations from Sally’s I learn the hard way….

Great experience! Went in with some hair issues and both employees (Jess and Stephanie) were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was guided to a hair color line and two specific colors to mix together in different proportions to get the desired color. Went home, did as instructed and was amazed at how spot on my results were! This level of customer service and expertise was honestly a little suprising to me, but greatly appreciated!

I have never been to a Sally’s where the staff was rude, until yesterday. The West York store was out of stock on what I needed and the lovely cashier called the Hanover store for me. They had the product but would not hold it for longer than 24 hours (which I could not make it in before that time). That’s fine. I was offered to use the website to order a hold, but the website was acting slow and weird so that was no longer an option for me. I called the next day to see if they still had what I needed and the cashier said they could hold until close which was 7pm. Since I work an 8a-5p, I arrived at 6:10-ish. The cashier had already put the product back on the shelf. I did make a point to say, you said you would hold it until 7p. She was not rude in an ugly way, but she gave the vibe that

Kaia (I'm not sure if I'm spelling that correctly. Apologies if not) was extremely kind and helpful when helping me pick out bleach for my hair. They were patient and helped me find the right dye and developer for my hair. Awesome store.

Just moved to the area and it was my second time at this particular store. The first time the customer service was great and they were very knowledgeable. But today I was definitely racially profiled. I’m not normally one to speak about stuff like this but the fact the the cashier literally stood next to me while I shopped was insane! Like I literally started to stare at her as she just stood there looking in the other direction pretending not to be watching me. It took everything in there not to cause a scene. I won’t write this store off because I did have a very pleasant experience the first time but they definitely have some retraining/ firing to do.
