Was trying to buy these shears and the store employee says they didn't update their labels yet (changed two out of the three and says they update once a month) and she called the manager and she would not honor the price. Correct label and product and mind you, you have to ask for assistance to remove the shears with a key. Any company would have honored the price. Terrible customer service and false advertisement. And she returned them so someone else can make the same mistake.

I gave this store one star and I'm surprised because it use to be my favorite! There was an Associate that seen me standing at the counter and I was ready to purchase a couple of items. She did everything but acknowledged to help me! I stood at the counter for 3 to 5 minutes while she was standing at the counter ignoring me. I exited the store and will never return. I felt so much prejudice with this Associate. When I got home, I ordered the product's online from Amazon, which gave me a better deal. I don't care what color you are, everyone deserves respect!

Sydney, the store manager, was extremely helpful! I went in and she immediately greeted me and helped me with all the things! I’m dying my hair for the first time by myself and she explained everything! So helpful! I walked out feeling excited and confident about dying my hair! 💕✨

Cyndy and her coworker were awesome in the store yesterday. I cannot remember the other young woman's name, but she gave me the biggest welcoming smile as I walked by and it made me feel welcomed and inclined to ask for help when I normally never do! So cyndy helped me get what I needed for my daughter and she was so awesome she helped me with my coupons and discounts and really looked out. Told me she was the manager at multiple sallys and I know she is out there doing her thing! Giving both of these women props for making it a great atmosphere!!!!!

Love this location! I love the Sally Beauty stores, but this location is my favorite. Peaches was SO helpful & kind, will definitely be coming back to get more of their suggestions! Peaches if you see this, thank you for encouraging me & giving me honest suggestions for my hair care journey! It’s so nice to be helped by someone who can relate to the hair concerns I have, and who has the knowledge and experience to genuinely assist! I ended up getting two bottles each of the products Peaches suggested (there was an awesome 4 for $25 sale!). The two other employees who were there when I visited were also incredibly friendly & happy to help, and checked my account at the register to make sure I didn’t miss out on any coupons or deals! Thank you guys!
