Awesome experience with Jess ! She was so kind and helpful. She helped me pick out a color that works so well with my skin tune and it was just what I was looking for .. perfect color! Came here today to get a needle and thread, for some reason the girl sent me next door to the dollar tree. Dollar tree didn’t have it so when I went back over to Sally’s the girl opens the door and says sorry we are closed. I responded aren’t you the girl that sent me to dollar tree to get needle and thread. She’s like no the other girl did. I said can I buy one and she says “unfortunately we are closed”. I said okay thanks and went to my car I sat in my car to look up other places and I look out my window and the same girl that told me unfortunately they were closed was in the door way talk to a random man that pasted by. So you mean to tell me you can run your mouth to a man but you can’t help a customer. EWLK & Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!
