I normally have great experiences here, but today I went with my mother and friend to get some hair dye for her. My mom asked the woman working for help and she recommended a hair dye for my friend and a bunch of other stuff, subsequently trying to get us to spend more. We got over the interaction as we figured it didn't matter as long as we had the dye. We got home and I began dying her hair, it was going fine I was applying the product I noticed it was a bit sickly of a color, greenish. I continued hoping the color would even out, it didn't the color she recommended is extremely green and doesnt match the reference we showed her for color match, very disappointed and now I need to remedy the situation and can thoroughly say it is quite frustrating. So I bought some toner at another store but I was in the area so I tried to return it here, upon walking in I realized I forgot my receipt and was informed for they cannot issue credit to my form of payment even though they could see it on my Sally’s card, but they could issue store credit. Fine. The one star is for the manager, the woman who explained me for maybe ten minutes why they couldn’t do refund to my card when I wasn’t even pressing the issue, I didn’t even assume at first the thought I was stealing until the ten minute over explanation that was completely unwarranted as I wasn’t upset. Then I decided to just go ahead and pick up a few things after getting the gift card because I was there, Everytime I turned around, there was her or an employee looking. Try not to be so weird gu

The service here is amazing!! I went in looking for something but I wasn't sure what I needed, the worker helped me find the perfect product for what I was looking for!! It works WONDERFULLY. I had originally been to the Ulta Beauty store and asked the same questions there and got poor service from the workers. I will definitely return to Sally's in the future! Thank you for all of your help

AWFUL EXPERIENCE I called to make sure they had a product for me before I drove 30 minutes to grab it and they didn’t even check and told me it was available when I reached the store the same TWO people I spoke with on the phone. CARELESS MISTAKE which resulted in not only a waste of my time but an extremely dissatisfied customer I’ve shopped with Sally’s for years and this experience is enough to make me ONLY BUY PRODUCTS ONLINE AT DISCOUNTED RATES ELSEWHERE. I was willing to pay the extra for customer service but I’ll just put that toward my shipping and handling! Which I may even receive free.
