Sally Beauty

I stopped into Sally beauty supply and thought I know what I needed. It turns out I didn't. The woman working there was so amazing! She help me find what I needed and she was so amazing. I was picking up a perm for my sister I loved it that she asked me do I need cotton or rollers or anything else that's associated with a permanent wave. Sometimes you just need someone who stops and takes a minute and helps you through the entire thing

Wow so I proceed to check out all I have on hand is 100 dollar bill. Crystal over and over tells me she can't accept the 100. Basically not waiting on me so I can get the products to correct my hair from Sally's mistake in the first place. I advised her this is a major store and you can't wait on me because all I have is 100. WOW. Is this how stores run these days can't break 100.00 when purchasing items. Then she tells me she didn't say she wasn't waiting on me but Ij reality she did

Every month I buy my vitamins from Sally's. Tuesday, I was told by a very nice women that they didn't have my vitamins on the shelf but they were on the truck and I could come back tomorrow. So I did. Not the same lady... She said the vitamins were still on the truck and rudely walked away. When I tried to ask when I should come back, she was very rude and dismissed me, complaining about her lazy coworkers and how it's not her job to unpack products and that I should've called first. She made me feel like I was unimportant and I was the wrong one for not calling in first. I hated everything about this experience and will probably never go back! I'll get my products somewhere else now. October 29, 2025

This store is so bright and airy and so clean. And it is super well organized too! The staff is still friendly and knowledgeable and very attentive. So glad the store moved to it's new better home!
