Stopped in this evening to pick something up for my daughter and Kayla did a fantastic job of helping me find everything! She was knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful!

I love shopping at Sally’s and have recently become a regular. The ladies there were extremely helpful and kind. Miah always helped me with nail care and products. I had recently started doing my nails, and Miah gave me the best advice and recommended excellent products. She is fantastic and deserves to be recognized. I would also like to mention Maddy. She had been there several times when I came in and was always very welcoming and friendly. I can’t imagine not having these lovely lady’s presence in Sally’s. They are phenomenal.

I almost didn't go to this location and but everything online after reading many bad reviews, but thought about supporting our local businesses and I'm glad I did! Sarah was very welcoming and extremely helpful. She even wrote me step by step how to color my hair (first time lightening it by myself) I can see she loves and enjoys her job. I let her know she was the kind of people that needed to be hired in this type of business. My hair turned out great thanks to her recommendations and good products.

I have been a faithful customer of this shop since it opened. With three daughters and three granddaughters, I frequent it often and have spent hundreds of dollars there over the years. I've had a Sally's card since they became available and have never let it lapse. About two weeks ago I bought a pair of shears there only to try to use them the first time and found them extremely defective.(the blades didn't even touch all the way). I took them back today to either exchange, get a refund or store credit. I didn't have the receipt, but felt because I had used my Sally's card for the purchase they would be able to locate the purchase. I was told that since I didn't have the receipt they could not help me! (I know that they could have looked it up on line using my personal information because
