Ladies and gentlemen I am on a rampage, please refer to the screenshots for a full story. I will not be taking my business back to any Sally’s ever again. This woman is rude and hateful. Not to mention they treat their employees terribly. My issue is not with the Sally’s brand but with this store and until my message to HR is heard I will NEVER shop at another sally beauty. ASHLEY ERVIN needs to be fired for the way she acts and needs to get a job not involving the public. Until then a customer is lost. Thank you

My only frustration was trying to find it. GPS kept directing me to the middle of the road in front of the Toyota dealership... made no sense even building numbers didn't match the area. Finally got in touch with store to find its a few miles down the road by planet fitness.

As always, I go because I need their products. They always have what I am looking For, I shop leisurely, staff always makes me aware if I purchase something that is on sale. Today I purchased two bottles of hair color and did not know I earned the third free. The sales clerk informed me so I could take advantage of the savings then because I spent a certain amount I received a free bottle of my favorite nail polish and have a coupon for $5 off my next visit. Thank you Sally's

I use to love this store. They usually have everything I need but here lately they are out of my favorite relaxer. I've been using this relaxer for at least eleven years. It does wonders for my hair and I would like to know what's going on. What's the problem?

The staff was really helpful when I had questions about what products to use in my curly hair, since im still learning how to manage it. Very polite and always happy to help. Clearence is good too!
