Staff are helpful and friendly. The company needs to pay their employees better so they want to stay. Always seem to be a turn over which hurts the bottom line! Keep the good ones who help with purchases and hire a checkout clerk for less money if needed. Sally's offers great options for hair colors and good deals.

Always a friendly staff. Greeted immediately and asked if I needed help. I had just come from getting my hair cut at Cost Cutters where they did not listen to a word I said. I was pretty upset about the cut and these ladies let me vent. They had my product in stock and it was a quick check out.

I had stopped in on Sunday at the location on Lime Kiln and the staff was so helpful. I had an important interview and my hair stylist was out of town and needed lightener and toner for my hair and the 2 ladies working were so nice and helpful! Great prices. Will definitely be back.

Went in for a shine aerosole spray for my hair.The young girl looked at me like "what is that " She stated that if they had it, that it was a minimal selection.When I pointed out at least 3 different cans,. She walked away. And ignored any conversation or eye contact afterwards, including after checkout.Horrible customer service. ding after check out. from me.

Best place to go if you want amazing customer service. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't have a product, they call over to the other location or search for other places that may have the product.
