Girl told me (i would pay the extra price cause it’s better quality) I spent the extra 7 and my foreheads been dyed and my ears for almost 3 weeks now. Rude and not the smartest/best at there job. Will never spend my money here ever again noooo way.

The employees here are so rude! I had bought a product from this location and when I got home it was broken right out of the box. I called to see if I could take it back for an exchange or a refund and the employee was rude and unhelpful. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told the manger wasn’t working. I had my husband call right after me and when he asked for the manager suddenly a manger was working and able to talk to him. The manger was rude and condescending to him and said they were unable to help us even with a receipt!

Store told me the manager wasn’t working, husband called and suddenly the manager was working. They post fake hiring ads then get upset when you ask why. Manager was condescending during the conversation with my husband.

I love Sally's! Everyone is always so helpful and nice. I have never felt uncomfortable asking about anything at all, and the staff is very knowledgeable about their products and give good honest advice and recommendations.

This store associates were so helpful and professional. Thank you Courtney and Ruth for your assistance. I highly recommend this store for your hair and nail needs.
