Shockingly bad customer service. No help at all in trying to replace an out of stock item on a pickup order & the customer service line also wouldn't help at all so I could actually get what I wanted and use the coupon issued. I'll be buying my hair color elsewhere from now on.

I always love shopping at Sally Beauty wherever I go! I have recently moved to Maryland and this was my first trip to this particular location! And as usual, they do not disappoint! Rachelle was so kind and helpful, making sure I did not forget anything. It was such a a pleasure speaking with her today, I can't wait to come back for my next hair dye adventure!!

10 stars! ⭐️ Sally Beauty ran a promotion for free 2 hour delivery. I was looking for a specific product and decided to give them a try. Let’s just say the product arrived on time, placed at my door, and was packaged so well and highly professional. I am very pleased with this business’s effort to deliver something on time and with such excellence. They made an enormous positive impression and I got what I needed. Thanks again.

Messiah and Cheyenne I believe her name was? were AMAZING. I brought my step daughter who’s out here from Missouri for the summer, we are having a girls night and dying our hair unicorn hair colors. They were very helpful with letting me know what is going to be best. I’m a boy mom and learning more about having a little girl around is a different world to me. This was a very pleasant experience and the two individuals working were excellent with their assistance!!! Would recommend based on the impeccable customer service. :)

When I came into the store I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed any help by the wonderful person with the red hair and septum ring. Not only did they help me find producta that would be less damaging, but they took the time to give honest color advice. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much to that gem of a human being!
