Sally Beauty

Bought trimmers at Sally’s and Paid $30 more there than it would’ve cost me on at Amazon. I took them home only to find they did not work at all. Took them back with the box and receipt and talked to the manager who told me that it was their policy not to accept returns. They didn’t support me as a customer and they didn’t stand by the products they sell.

I walked into this store just after 11am on Sat, 8/23, looking for a facial sunscreen. In town from NYC for a wedding. The woman at the front, taking with a friend, said she “might” have a day cream with SPF “over there.” She proceeded to talk with her friend the whole time I searched. I found nothing, was not even directed to where I was looking. Going to Ulta to spend the money, what a waste of time. Hope their conversation was interesting.

Whenever I go they have good customer service but seem as you are going to steal . The manager Rocio is very rhude and it seems like she is only watching you to see if you steal

I found the cosmetics, an international recognized brand, and hair products excellent (so claims friends and hair salon professional) with compliments from respective representatives. Comments like " whatever you are doing for your face and hair are very becoming!" with the products from Sally's. Staff recommendations were spot on!

I have been coming to this Sally's for years Rocio has always helped me with the best for my hair and has helped many times when I totally mess it up. I highly value her expertise 🙏
