I used to have good experiences with the employees here but for some reason, lately, even with the same employees who were previously kind and welcoming, I’ve been met with rude tones, snickering, and glares. I’m not sure what changed, but I’ll see these girls be patient, kind, and helpful with other shoppers and then completely switch up on me no matter how pleasant I try to be. It feels a little like “mean girls” in there lately. It can make you discouraged to come back in. Which is unfortunate because I always liked the girls before they switched up.

My daughter and I arrived just before closing. Ashton was very friendly and kind as we entered the store. We were asking questions and she told us which products she recommended and what she hasn't use..Her customer skills were amazing. She assist at everything we needed..KUDOS Ashton🤗🤗🤗 Thank you for helping us decide (hair color)

Both of the Sally's locations have been closing early for weeks. The hours of operation are listed until 7pm. They are closing way before that. They have lost thousands of dollars of business in the last few weeks alone not to mention the inconveniences and wasted time of their customers.

I was there today, Friday at 10:40am and doors were locked. No one in the store. Light on. Supposed to be open at 10am. Bad management.
